Now we can't help you with the former - but we certainly can with the latter.
Healthy eating is our passion. We make our ready meals as nutritious as possible - remember that to eat well you do not have to compromise on flavour. We do not add salt or sugar to any of our meals but use our own blends of herbs and spices to season the food. What's more, our scrumptious sauces don't contain any added salt, sugar, butter, additives or preservatives.
We don't compromise on quantity either. Quite often ready meals contain a disappointing amount of meat and vegetables. Not so with us. Each dish is brimming with fresh top quality produce. You'll be left feeling satisfied in the knowledge that your belly is wonderfully full of the healthiest food possible - especially important for the extra hungry times like after a strenuous workout - all at the minimum amount of effort.
We have carefully thought about how each meal is prepared and cook using only healthy cooking methods. All our meals are served with a generous serving of fresh vegetables.
We locally source all our meat and vegetables pulling out all the stops to support British farming and to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. Our organic menu is made using 100% organic ingredients and we have been certified by the Soil Association (see their symbol on our website and packaging).
We supply local health and fitness clubs with salads, breakfast pots, soups etc so look on the "Personal Trainers and Exercise" page to find out where you can find our food!
We also work closely with personal trainers around London and Surrey to supply their clients with meals that suit their training programs.
