 | About our foodHave you ever wanted your own personal chef? Well now you do - or as good as! All our food is cooked to order by qualified chefs in real kitchens - no factories, no bulk cooking, no mass production to be seen!
The Brothers Trim is the dream of Chris Kihia who started his career training with the Roux Brothers in London and Paris. He then went on to train with Michel Guérard in the South of France working in his 3 star Michelin spa and restaurant - here Chris learnt the importance of a healthy diet and the art of Cuisine Minceur (light cooking). On coming back to London he studied for a Diploma in Food and Nutrition.
Since completing his training Chris has worked as a personal chef throughout the world and often in conjunction with personal trainers. Working alongside personal trainers in private family homes Chris realised that the two services put together offered the perfect balance to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Chris is the director of the company but also the head chef - he oversees all the cooking of the food and ensures it complies with his high standards.
