Your meals are cooked, chilled and delivered on the same day. When you make an order be sure to leave a phone number and we will give you a ring to arrange a delivery time. | OrderingOrdering your meals could not be simpler.
First of all check that we deliver in your area on the chart above, then choose your delivery day - please note that orders need to be received by 5pm the day before your chosen delivery day. For example, if you live in the KT1 postcode and would like your food to be delivered on the Thursday we would need to receive your order by 5pm Wednesday. The exception to this is the Monday delivery day - these orders would need to be received by 5pm the previous Friday.
Once you have checked you are in our delivery area, browse our menus and add the meals or accompaniments you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
Delivery is free of charge. There is a minimum order of £20.
All payments are made using Paypal ensuring a secure and convenient method of payment using your credit or debit card. You will not require your own Paypal account to do this.
Alternatively, you may order by telephone (020 8398 7850). When ordering by phone, payment is made by cash only on delivery. We do not take card details over the phone. | DeliveryWe will then contact you by phone, email or text to confirm your delivery time.
In order to maintain optimum freshness we do ask that somebody be in to collect your delivery. We are happy to deliver to neighbours or to your place of work if this is within our delivery boundaries and ask you to complete the "special instructions" section whilst ordering if you wish us to do this. We may contact you regarding these instructions if anything is unclear so please also ensure you give us a contact number. |
