He has been a been Rehabilitator & Trainer to the elite of both England & Great Britain Fencing teams and worked in Rugby Union since 2002. He has over five years' experience in strength and conditioning in various Gym environments and is an experienced Personal Trainer with a foundation in a variety of sporting disciplines. You can also join Liam at his Friday morning Bootcamp (Giggs Hill Green, Thames Ditton) - excellent for building fitness, strength and stamina!
