Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When purchasing items on The Brothers Trim website it will be necessary to provide your full address, including postcode; your home telephone number and your email address, so we can provide you with your order confirmation.
All payments are made using Paypal, giving you, the customer, credit and debit card security. Please check their website for more information www.paypal.co.uk.
We only accept orders from within our delivery area - please check the postcodes on our 'Ordering & delivery' page before ordering.
All online orders must be paid for online using Paypal. Phone orders may be taken and these must be paid with cash only on delivery.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If a product cannot be supplied or needs to be altered (for example an ingredient is unavailable) we will of course contact you as soon as possible. |
| Delivery Schedule As all meals are cooked fresh to order we require you to order them before 5pm on the previous day, apart from Mondays deliveries which will need to be ordered by 5pm Friday. You will be contacted by phone, text or email to confirm your delivery time. We do ask that somebody be in to collect your delivery otherwise we ask that you contact us with an alternative arrangement. If no alternative arrangement is arranged the parcel will not be returned to our kitchens - they shall be left at the delivery address and chargeable to you, the customer. |

Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with our products or with any part of our service please contact us by phone on 07881 916885 or via the 'Contact Us' page on our website. As our goods are perishable we ask you to inspect the product on delivery and contact us immediately should you not be satisfied. We are happy to exchange or refund any item which does not meet our quality standards.
If an incorrect product has been delivered to you please notify us as soon as possible. We will send you the correct product as soon as possible if you wish us to. You will not be charged for this. |
